For Sale! The entire contents of Australia's best 'free to the public' glass museum, The Russell's Australian Glass Museum, located in New South Wales.

After collecting for over 20 years and displaying free of charge to the public, the Russells have decided to have a bit of a clear out and sell the entire collection. There are over 1,000 items in this collection, comprising clear, green, amber, citron, rosalin, blue and carnival (iridised). Among this collection are some very rare items.

The collection is displayed in 10 cabinets and excess stock is still in six storage boxes (not listed). The Russells can e-mail the listing, but if you want pictures then a slide show on DVD can be supplied for a $A10 charge, refunded if you buy the collection. The display cabinets are negotiable and not necessarily included in the purchase price.

Those who have seen the collection already know the quality and rarity of many of these items. The monetary value of this collection is in the very high five figure range, so as a result only seriously interested buyers need apply. The historical value is enormous - you try to build another collection as good as this!

If you are interested in purchasing this unique piece of Australian history please e-mail Doug and Sheila or phone them on (02) 6494-1943. Viewing can be arranged to suit as required.

Important update!  The Russells have decided to sell pieces individually, so here's your chance to pick up some great pieces to fill gaps in your collection. Contact the Russells now. E-mail them straight away.

Sadly, we need to downsize our carnival glass collection due to lack of room. We even have carnival glass on the floor! Not a good place to display your glass.

Please e-mail us with any questions or let us know what you are interested in.

Inspections by appointment more than welcome.

Your privacy is assured.
